Molly Rhodes, LCSW-C and RYT-200
Molly is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) and certified yoga instructor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington College and her Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University. She has experience working with adults, families, children and adolescents in outpatient, community, and school settings. Molly works with adolescents and adults who are dealing with problems related to depression, anxiety, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), relationship and family stress, grief/loss, trauma, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions.
Molly takes a holistic approach focused on connecting mind, body, and spirit. She believes that you are the expert of you, and everyone has a healer within them. Her approach is to assist individuals in knowing their own inner healer in order to break free from trauma cycles and reclaim a sense of empowerment. Molly takes a client centered approach and will hold a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space in which you feel heard and validated.

In my free time I love to paddle board, hike, travel, and explore new place. One of my favorite ways to spend the day is with a good book on the beach.
